Our History
Our company history reaches back more than 100 years to Peat Marwick, which was founded in 1897. In 2001, we completed our initial public offering and in 2002, we changed our name from KPMG Consulting to BearingPoint. BearingPoint stock currently trades on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol “BGPT”.
